SHARK RIDERS RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENT :Shark Riders Scuba Tours, and its employees act only in the capacity of agents in all matters pertaining to hotel accommodations, sightseeing tours and transportation whether by railroad, motor bus, motor car, steamship, boat, air, or any other means, and as such, are not responsible for any change of schedule or other condition, nor for the loss of, damage to, baggage or any article belonging to the passenger, nor for any loss, injury or damage to or of any person or property from any cause whatsoever. Shark Riders Scuba Tours reserves the right to withdraw the tour, or refuse to accept or retain any person as a member of the tour at any time, or to make changes in the published itinerary, whenever in their sole judgment conditions warrant, or if they deem it necessary for the comfort, convenience or safety of the tour. All prices are based on current rates of exchange and tariff of the carrier companies in effect at the time of the printing of this responsibility statement and all are subject to change without notice. The airlines concerned are not to be held responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their plane or conveyance. The passage contract in use by the airline concerned, when issued, shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and purchaser of these tours and/or the passenger. Furthermore, all others providing services under this plan are only responsible for the services they provide. SNORKEL POLICY We believe that snorkels are a necessary piece of scuba diving equipment.
